Closing Tickets using Forms that meet criteria
Hi there,
I have a scenario where if a ticket meets certain requirements, I need the ticket to be closed with an email reply.
For example, out of a list of applications, if the user chooses a finance application, I want to close the ticket and send an email to the user informing them to contact the finance team.
Is this possible in 11.1 Build 11134? Using ESM.
