We have a laptop where the client is not communicating with server. We tried to do an uninstall, reinstall of the client, but it can't verify the OTP number to do the uninstall. We tried doing it from the server side, but it just errors out. There is no communication between the machines at all. Is there a way to uninstall the client without is talking to the server?
