Change in Windows login agent uninstall/update method in ADSelfService Plus (from build 6304)

Hello Everyone,

​From ADSelfService Plus build 6304 onward, the Windows login agent can no longer be updated or uninstalled through the Windows Control Panel.

To manage (install, update, or uninstall) the Windows login agent, please use one of the supported methods listed in the product documentation:

  • From the ADSelfService Plus admin portal, or

  • Via Command Prompt using the provided uninstall script.

This restriction has been introduced to prevent unauthorized or unintended agent uninstallations.
