Centrify - Domain login

I'm using centrify to access OpManager. But the login page defaults to local authentication but users are domain.

How do I set Domain Authentication by default?

Do you have a URL that goes straight to domain authentication?

Is it possible to disable local authentication?

Centrify has option to execute mapping script, is there anything we can use?

Is SAML supported?
