Can't start SDP 8.2

Help me plz. I did Install SDP 8.2 with not MSSQL.When i run ManageEngine ServiceDesk nothing happens.

run CMD as Administrator:

C:\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\bin>run

Could not locate C:\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\bin\\run.jar. Please check that you

are in the

bin directory when running this script.
