Can't get OpManager to log into website

I can't get our URL monitor to log into the website.
https://www.kappakappagamma.org/Kappa/MembersDefault.aspx

I put the username and password in the monitor area for authentication but it doesn't seem like its even trying to login.

Is there something I'm missing?
