Can not import personnal passwords when user language is not english

Steps to reproduce
Create a new user and set his language on French. Log in with this user account and try to import a CSV file in Personal section.
What is expected?
Every passwords in CSV file should be imported.
What is actually happening?
At step 2, I can't see every fields/colums. I just see Tags field.
