Can't access ServiceDesk Web Page from IE 7 on Windows 2008

Hi,

I've installed a new server with Windows 2008. It's a future "Terminal Server", so users have to access to ServiceDesk Web Page.
When we try to access to the page, it stay white and nothing appens...
Please help me.
