Bulk Move Computers

Hi!
i want to move a lot of computers to another OU.
The csv file i have download, has:
¨name,givenName,sAMAccountName,description,physicalDeliveryOfficeName,telephoneNumber,accountExpires,homePhone,mobile,department,company

I dont know how to use this file. Is it the wrong csv??
