Bulk edit IIS monitor

I have IIS running on 1 webserver that has 100 web sites. Sometimes I'll consolidate 20 sites into 1 new site. As a result, AppManager says there's a problem with IIS and I have to unmanage the 20 sites...one by one.

Is there a quicker way to do this?
