Billing Reports

We would like to bill our individual departments base on usage at our core but can't seem to figure out how view consumption for a network on an interface.

For example:
on gig1 view total bandwidth used by 192.168.1.0/24
and on gig1 view total bandwidth used by 192.168.200.0/24
