Bandwith monitor ERROR

Hi everyone

i recently installed oputils and i try to add an interface of a windows server in oputils bandwith monitor,

I configured the SNMP service on my windows server and set a community named public.

but when i try to add interface on bandwith monitor tool nothing happens!! Oputils doesn't keep the managment
