Configuration backup technical malfunctioned .

I setup a support technician for two weeks. The tickets arrived by mail were not assigned to technical support.

Note: No SLA for these emails.

I need you to tell me the reason for this failure to make the appropriate changes. We often have to configure the "Backup Tech".
