Autologon non working

Hi,

we need to integrate the SDPlus site on an existing portal for a customer, that wants autologon.
I tried starting using the code at https://www.manageengine.com/products/service-desk-msp/faq-general-modules.html#customization2, but it doesn't work.

I think it's because the HTML page doesn't offer the domain field.

Am I wrong ? If so any idea how to fix it ?
