Auto-refresh on Application Manager

HI,

I understand on OpManager product you can personalize the product to be able to refresh the pages every minute..however I do not see the same on Application manager. Am I missing something? Is there a way the refresh of the pages showing up the alerts can be refreshed automatically, so that when the alerts are cleared, it shows up on the screen?
