Asset created from PO

Hi,

I would like to know the following info and device license count.

Here is my normal workflow with SDP+

1/ I will create a PO to purchase a new set of computer (1 PC and 1 LCD monitor)
2/ After received both items, the SDP+ will generate 2 assets for me (1 PC and 1 LCD monitor) (It will under the "ASSETS" list)
3/ I will install this new PC in the network and assign the IP for this PC.
4/ I've scheduled scan of my network in weekly base.
5/ After scan the network, the SDP+ will add as a new device. (It will under the "WORKSTATION" list)

So, base on the follow steps. I will assume that the SDP+ will total have 3 device items counted. (1PC from PO, 1 LCD from PO and 1PC from network scan)

6/ I will assign the user name to the "ASSETS" that generate from the PO, (which 1PC and 1 LCD monitor)
7/ I will also assign the user name to the "WORKSTATION" that generate from the network scan. (which will be the scan PC)

As you will see it is inter-related. so I will:
8/ Point the "ASSETS" to the "WORKSTATION", and
9/ Point the "WORKSTATION" to the "ASSETS" too.

The question are:
1/ Is there anyway to simplify to only appear in single record. Which I don't want to assign both records many time.
2/ How can I produce a report that can show the ASSETS with the associated WORKSTATION and the user name?
3/ Is there any write paper / guide line / user manual to describe in details of how the SDP+ workflow help on this issue?
