1)Custom Monitor
With a custom monitor made with a script , we have a numeric return values as output. We are unable t have a report on this value.

2) EventLog Monitoring
Despite a correct WMI configuration we are unable to collect eventlog for a host. How could we affect the eventlog rules configured in admin interface towards a specific host ( we just have selectd event log monitoring on this device)

3) Action
Could we have others attribuets in message like the paylog of a windows event log, the trap content,..

4) Action
We need to have differents actions depending on a schedule. I.e during day time we use email, at night we use SMS

5) Ticketing
How could we interface nother tickting system ?
