Applications Manager 11 (build 11030) and Server Process Templates/Service Templates

Hi, we've been using the Server Process Templates and Service Templates when monitoring specific processes and services for our Windows servers (both physical servers and hyper-v servers). After the upgrade to version 11, we can only see some of our physical servers, and no hyper-v servers, when adding new processes. We have the same problem when adding new services. We are running Windows server 2008, Windows server 2008 R2 and Windows server 2012.

Any suggestions?
