Application Manager 8

Dear Authorized ;
We use your AppManager8 program. After installing the program, I push �Applications Manager Start�

The message is seen "Server could not be started as service. So it is started in a Non-Servicer mode" then not running.
In the log file, there is �Unable to create database Exiting Web NMS� error .

What can I do?
