API to add Department CI

API to add Department CI

Hi,

I would like to know whether API to add Department CI as per link https://www.manageengine.com/products/service-desk/help/adminguide/api/cmdb/add_ci/add_department_ci.html is stable to be used for integration.

Appreciate some feedback ASAP since we are in the middle of development.
