Hello everyone.

We are renaming the Mobile Device Manager Plus agent app from 'ME MDM' to 'Self Service'. The app will be automatically updated with a new name and logo on all user devices.

[Edit – June 18, 2026]: The rollout will begin on August 15, 2026 instead of June 15, 2026. Based on customer requests for additional time to communicate this change internally and update their documentation, we have extended the rollout timeline. 

The rollout will be phased across different regions. No action is required on your end.

• Recognize the app’s purpose at a glance

• Independently access apps, resources, and upload logs on their own.

• Reduce dependency on IT team

What’s NOT changing?

• No changes to features, functionality, or workflows

• No impact on app catalog, resources, or configurations

• This update applies only to the agent app installed on end-user devices. It does not affect the Mobile Device Manager Plus server app used by administrators.

• If you’ve rebranded the agent app's name or the logo, your customizations will be retained and no change will happen.
