Alias problem

Hi, I have set up a SD+ server URL alias and created a DNS entry. Everything worked fine for approx. 3 days and then -all by sudden- when I want to acces the server using the "pretty-name alias", I get nothing but a blank screen.

Any ideas what to check, please?
