How do i get the  'Create User is AD' option to auto-populate the below fields with the values of matching additional fields in the ticket?

i have added the create user action to the template and that template has additional fields that match these names but I'm not sure after reading https://help.servicedeskplus.com/configurations/general/sdp-admp-integration.html how to go about it.
