Pls, Could you explain me about the use of custom script ?

I have a script that set random user's password, basicly the script receive sAMAccountName  and does the change in AD and send to user the new password, how can i apply this for each user from a csv?

I would like apply this script post Bulkuser creation, in order that each new user received email with new password.
