ADmanager Plus and ServiceDesk Plus Integration

Hello All,

I have been trying to get this integration working for a while now and it appears it is stumping support. We are running SDP 10.0 10015 and ADM 6.6.5 6658. I have been able to connect and save the setting in the respective applications however when I select an action from the ADM menu in SDP it says it cannot connect to the server or authentication failed.

I have verified that the accounts exist in ADM and have all delegation permissions required. I have also verified that the templates in SDP are set to all roles and all templates. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how did you resolve it?
