Adding a Group to CC When Replying to Requests

Hello everyone,

I have a quick question regarding email functionality. Currently, when I reply to a request, I have to manually add each email address of my IT team members to the CC field. This process is quite time-consuming and prone to errors.

Is it possible to add an entire group to the CC field when replying to a request, instead of adding each individual email address one by one? If so, could anyone provide guidance on how to set this up?
