AD Self Service Single Sign-On

When i enable the AD Self Service Plus SSO option, it will not pass-thru authenticate users, but rather cause the web browser to pop up a credentials request box, but will not accept any domain credentials we try, however from the standard web interface it will allow login. What might cause this issue?
