AD Requestor Import

AD Requestor Import

I have a question on the Active Directory Requestor Import.

If this is used does it check for new users on a scheduled basis or does the import have to be re-run manually to add new AD users?

On the other hand if a user is deleted from AD does that user get removed from the list of Service Desk requestors during the next AD scan?

If both of these are manual processes I would like to see better AD-integration/user-management be added in the future.
