AD Computer cleanup

I've followed the steps outlined in this post  to create an automation policy and task which will remove inactive computers. My question is what happens if a computer is enabled and moved to a different OU in the 30 day waiting period before deletion? Several of my techs still use ADUC rather that Manage Engine and I want to make sure Manage Engine is smart enough to see there has been a change and not delete that computer account because of the change.
