Acrobat XI Pro installation gives "Incorrect Function" error

I'm following the instructions found here: https://www.manageengine.com/products/desktop-central/deploy-adobe-acrobat-xi-how-to.html

Please see attached image of my configuration and let me know if something looks terribly wrong.
