Acknowledge Requester by Email when a new request is received

Hi all,

My organisation has set up our Service Desk to receive e-mails from two different addresses, 1 for IT and 1 for HR. Is there a way to create an automated response that can be tailored to the address used?

Using the standard 'Acknowledge Requester by Email when a new request is received' will reply to both requests which is undesired.

Any advice or ideas to point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
