Ability to add the same topic name on the Topic.

Hi all,

We want to add the same topic name on the Topic. For example

- Hardware
   - Printer
   - Router
   - PC
   - Others

- Software
   - OS
   - Office
   - Games
   - Others

 Current we can't add the same topic name.
