8109 Hotfix Released

Hotfix over 8100 has been released and can be downloaded from the below link.

Issue fixed in this hotfix:

SD-46525: The description and the conversation getting displayed as question mark for contents other than English characters in request module.

Note for users who were in build before 8108 with MSSQL 2012 and upgrading to 8108 (or) above:
1. Take the MSSQL DB backup [*.BAK]. Not the SDP backup.
2. Choose the option 'NO' in the backup recommendation popup while migrating.
