SD-14185 � Description field cannot be made as mandatory field in request template.

When using IE6, I can no longer set the subject as mandatory, although the description field is working correctly.

When using IE7, neither the subject nor the description can be set as mandatory.

The "edit field properties" option is not appearing. (Image attached)
