How to re-add agent-monitored server that was deleted from inventory?
Hi all, I accidentally deleted an agent-monitored server from inventory, and I'm not sure how to add it back in. Will I need to uninstall and install the agent on the server? Or is there a simpler way?
ServiceDesk Plus 11301 Desktop Central integration
Hi, we recently upgraded our on premise ServiceDesk Plus installation to version 11301. When trying to enable Desktop Central integration we get the error. "Aw, snap! No internet on the server machine." We do have an internet connection on our server.
