We are seeing some instances where a computer has a different name than what is in DesktopCentral. For example, we start out with laptop01 that is in DesktopCentral. VM Snapshots Before Updating?
Hi all, does anyone know if it's possible to automate a VM snapshot before installing patch updates? We're utilizing the automated patch deployment tasks, but I don't see any options to run pre-deployment activities with updates. I'm assuming that this can be done with scheduled tasks, but our update approval schedules can be irregular and we don't have a lot of space for snapshots. Any other suggestions are welcome.

Currently this field only updated when the status change's however this is not always a true representation of the last update of a call. Sorting items in Scheduled Request view
When there are many Scheduled request I want to sort it by date or by Contact or by Account. Now, Scheduled requests are not sorted at all, even the new Scheduled Request has been usually inserted somewhere in the middle.
