Background Images for OpManager Are Too Large, Causing Poor RDP Performance
Hi, The background images for OpManager are too large, causing very poor performance over RDP. When accessing OpManager over a remote RDP session, it often hangs the browser for 30 seconds, while the background image is redrawing as it fades in. login_bg.jpg - 232kb noise-bg2.png - 1MB This makes it very difficult to use OpManager over a remote RDP connection. Needless to say, this is frustrating during an outage scenario.
Anyone using OpManager to monitor a Kemp Loadmaster 1500?
I'm not able to successfully configure this load balancer, even when using their own MIBs and have created a custom device template. More specifically, I'm not able to monitor the CPU and memory utilization; I am able to monitor its two network ports though, as well as their response time and packet loss. At its most basic, these load balancers are a Linux box designed to provide load balancing, but even when I use Linux as its device template, I'm still not able to monitor its CPU and memory. The

Problems
Working with opmanger 6 years, saw many problems. Now we are on version 11.5 and see problems again. Opmanager stops collecting randomly Qnap devices suddenly cannot connect to snmp/cli Templates still hard to make en always a lot of N/A, plugins not 100% usefull or to expensive for what they do. Are we the only one having problems?

Delayed Trigger seems doesn't work
Hi, We have an issue about the delayed alerts; We would like to receive an e-mail alert only after 5 minutes. We configured a notification profile with Delayed Trigger and 'Do not trigger if alarm is acknowledged' check box enabled. It seems doesn’t work because OpManager sends an e-mail alert as soon as an critical event occurs. The our current OpManager version is 11600 and it runs on Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter (64bit). Could you help us, please? Let me know if you need further information.
Configuring Mail Server in Opmanager
Hi, I'm trying to configuring the mail server in Opmanager 11, but i receive the erro in below javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException cannot be cast to javax.mail.MessagingException My mail server is a Exchange mail Server 2010 and my opmanager server it is inserted in list of a smtp relay. How configuring this feature in opmanager? Can someone help in this issue?
Couple of issues using opmanager
Hi there, I've been using opmanager for the past couple of days and I have some problems. 1. I've a domain controller on a virtual machine, every couple of hours it's category is changed to virtual machine and then the domain controller monitors are removed. I think this is synchronized with the rediscovery of vcenter. 2. Hi guys, I'm trying to use the new interface, but there I can't see the monitoring scripts graphs in real time as I can for out-of-box performance scripts. I can select it and it only gives me the option of deleting it. How do I do that?
Physical and Virtual servers showing different interface
Since updating to OpManager ver 11600 the interface for Virtual servers has changed. It looks like it is using the new API even though I have set it to use the old version. Physical server are showing correct, using the old API version. Also, under the Visualization menu tab, all the options are missing apart from All Devices. I have done a fresh install on a test server and the results are the same on there. Have the visualization options etc been removed or am I missing something. Thanks, Paul.

I have managed to conenct the Esx Vcenter to de software. Alle virtual machines are discoverd and showing. Also the vcenter is showing but the Esx Servers are not showing. Must I enable something on the host like the snmpd service.

Hi there, OpManager build 11600 I think this has been asked before but can't remember where. Also, I used the Screenshot feedback but not sure if this is a one-way feedback since it didn't ask for my email address nor other details. Just in case... When using the old UI, I can get the real-time interface traffic by: go to switch details page click on Interfaces on each interface, I can click on the icon on the right-most column When using the new UI, I can't find this option anywhere. Hi, We have hardened one Web Site, and as part of our security team recommendation, we completely turn off SSL v2 v3 and TLS 1.0. Disk related monitor fir linux
Hi, I am not able to add disk related monitors for a linux machine. I tried deleting and readding the node already but it didnt help. Its being monitored through CLI and memory, CPU monitoring is fine. where as free or used disk space monitor is not getting added.
OpManager stops responding when I add WMI credentials
Trying to add WMI credentials. I set Name, Domain\Username and password. When I click Save the webpage with the modal window freezes and after a while the webbrowser tells me the page has stopped responding. When I refresh the page the credential is not added. Tested in Edge and Firefox.

How to monitor a Site to Site VPN on a Cisco ASA
We have two VPNs setup on a Cisco ASA 5525. We are currently using IPCheck to monitor the tunnels. We are looking to move away from IPCheck and I am looking into OPmanager to see if it can provide just a basic ping monitor for these VPN Tunnels. Thanks, Justin G.

Hi, While creating a new credential WMI, I should give "Domain Name \ User Id" of an admin account or an user account is enough? Because when I add a hyperv host with an admin account it works perfectly but with a standard user account nothing (a normal device only is added) Please tell me if the admin account is must. Thanks

We had issues with our OP Manager server today. After restarting the service it hangs at start up. After reviewing the Wrapper log it get to ( details below) and does not go any further. Import CSV File into OpManager
Hi, I have a many devices (aprox 2000) and all of the devices must connect with google map, and i want to import them (csv), but i dont know the fields that containts longitude and latitude, for now i just know DeviceName, DisplayName, and DeviceType fields. does anyone know the fields that containt the longitude and latitude for the google map? Close incident when alert is cleared
Greetings, I've been told that OpManager has the ability to close the incident generated by an alert when the same has been cleared. I'm using ServiceDesk 9.0 and OpManager 11200 but the incidents opened by alerts in OpManager remain open until we take manual action. Could you guide me on where should we configure that? OpManager fails to get CPU utilization
Hi, I have OpManager EE runing. I have all servers SNMP enabled. But OpManager is not showing the CPU utilization of my Linux server which is a 4 CPU server. memory,disk,etc... are ok..no problem with them.when i try testing the monitor it fails only for CPU utilization. any other SNMP configuration for 4 CPU servers? for other two CPU windows servers it shows the CPU utilization for both the CPUs. Hello, I must be overlooking something simple, but I cannot find out how to exclude a specific switch interface from polling in OpManager. In many cases on my switches I have ports that are administratively shutdown from the Cisco command line configuration. In OpManager these ports are reported with a status of "Critical" or "Trouble" How can I set these unused interfaces in OPManager so they do not report a critical or trouble status? Regards,

Hi Friends, I have Juniper 1440 device, which have more than 10000 interfaces. Apart from this 10000 interfaces, I need to monitor only 10 to 20 interfaces only. But the selective interface is not listed in MIB browser. * Here we are receiving only 1000 entries in the output. But we have more than 10000 interfaces * We need to monitor the below selective interface. But this interface is not listed in the above output.
