OpManager not parsing SSH output
Because I want to run a script on a UTM, linux based, I got a problem when OpManager tries to parse the SSH output, but can't fix it. Because OpManager executes: cd /tmp echo $? On the log I can't see a JAVA exception in trying to convert the "echo $?" to integer at: 0 utm-test:/tmp # Which basically is the box not breaking the line, to the OpManager terminal (works on putty simply well). OpManager Windows Authentication
This morning I had trouble logging into OpManager and had to log in with the local account, it turned out to be an issue with the domain controller. Fixed that and it all worked OK. So to prevent this in the future I tried to add an additional domain controller to the login section. Tried adding additional DC's seperated by a comma and a semi-colon, didn't work, tried to add a separate entry for the other domain controller and this failed with having the same domain name as the other entry. Hi, I need to build historical traffic reports on op manager. Eg. the in/out traffic for a week or a month... as you may know, data collection tables at OpManager (statsdata_daily_yyyy_mm_dd, ifhcraw_yyyy_mm_dd, etc...) are fractioned when they reach specific amount of rows, and the date range where the tables are "cutted" is variable... so I need a SQL query or procedure, or a view that can join this tables so If I need the weekly or monthly report... something that can query from all required tables.

The CCTV is connected to a laptop running windows 7 enterprise and the current version of chrome. File Count not being monitored
Hi, I am monitoring 3 Windows 2012 r2 print servers. I'm using the file count option to check how many files are in the spool folder. It has been working fine, but all of a sudden one server would show nothing under Folder Size, File Count or Folder Exists. If I test the monitor it says the folder does exist. It has no done the same thing on the other two print servers. Any idea as to why this would happen Best wishes Michael

Hi, I have made some business maps, but I would like to only show servers in error. Is this possible? Is Business Maps the right place to do this? I don't mind using a list view as we have a lot of servers and Business Maps will get too full very quickly. Any advice on this would be most welcome. Best wishes Michael

Device Templates not working
Good day I've taken over monitoring at our company and started working on a pre-existing probe. When working on the Windows Server 2012 R2 device template, I set the monitors and their thresholds and everything else, but when I hit Apply I get a blank page. I've logged out and back in to the probe, even restarted the server, but nothing helps. We have other probes setup of other enviroments and it works fine on there, so I know how it's supposed work. So we have OpManager installed and running and SNMP setup. I can see all my branch servers and various alarms and statistics. But I need to be able to monitor for diks failure form the RAID controller. I can see no hardware monitoring at all in OpManager on these servers. What do I need to do to monitor the disks? Good day, I seem to be having an issue with Op Manager doing a discovery of my ESX hosts and vm's. I have successfully added the two vcenters but the it never adds any hosts or vm's. I can do a CSV import but I would like to get this working as we will be adding 40+ vm's in the next 3 months and adding them manually is not an option as we want this automated.
