Associating database for Monitors
I have been testing OpManager for a deadlock issue that we have from time to time to see if the monitoring will help. I am having a hard time getting this to work on a few of the database servers. At first when I'd select the MSSQL under add monitor and i'd get an access denied. I got pass that part, but now when I try to click to associate the databases, the next screen only shows "Select all", but none of the actual databases, as I of course don't want to select everything... Any ideas on this

Dears, i trying to monitor HP-UX servers in my network i set the credential correctly (SNMPand CLI) and i test them its work normal, but the CPU, memory and disk utilization kpi not appear at all, i test the monitors from performance monitor for each of them but doesn't work. i'm using the latest OpManager build version with latest build. Mail Server settings for Gmail in OpManager not working
Hello, I have configured gmail for the mail server settings in the free version of OpManager (build 11100) but am not able to connect to gmail, I have followed the settings from another post but I still receive the error message below. Unable to connect to the mail server. Please check if the Mail service is running on the specified port. Can you please help us to resolve this?

After 60 Probes Central Server starts slowing down for each additional probe.
I have 66 probes at my 66 centers, if I stop 6 of them, then Central Server can load the Home page (or any page) in about 1-2 seconds, each additional running probe over 60 adds 1-2 seconds. I am going to setup our 67th data center probe next week and my load time for the Central Server home page (or any page) is 12 seconds. I need help getting this fixed. I called Tech Support, their response is that I am not supposed to use the software that way. Where can I get real support from people who aren't
MS SQL Databases not showing up
I upgraded to 8040 earlier this week. I'm attempting to add MS SQL monitors to some of our database servers. When I do, none of the databases are listed. I have another database server that was already being monitored pre-8040, and it still recognizes newly added databases fine. Is this a 8040 issue or something else?
Chrome 31 errors
Chrome upgraded to version 31 yesterday and I am now receiving confirmation errors in Opmanager when trying to change pages or reload. Has anyone else seen this?

DHCP SNMP Monitor Returns 0 Value
So I have set up a new SNMP Monitor for DHCP Free IPs. When I use the MIB application to query the server, it returns the correct values, but when I try to do the query from the device in OpManager, the value always comes back as 0. Ideas?

The Topo Mapper could not be installed in a machine that OpManager had running/installed. 2. Memory/Disk Utilization not displaying after upgrade to 10200
Hello, After upgrading to 10200 (last night) I noticed that any physical server is no longer collecting or displaying Memory or Disk Utilization. This is happening for all versions of Windows 2003 (32/64it), Windows 2008 (64bit), Windows 2008r2 (64bit) and Windows 2012 (64bit). If we go into Memory/Disk Utilization and click test it starts to work again, but we have a few hundred physical servers still. Is there a fix available for this? TIA

Historical 'All Alerts' report shows only 'Clear' alerts
Hello, Good Morning. I am trying to run "Reports->System->All Alerts" report to take out all alerts occurred in the month of 'August'. But i only get 'Clear' alerts, not other severity alerts. Is there any mistake that we have configured such a way to retain only 'Clear' alerts in the database?. Do you have any DB query to pull "All Alerts" of any severity for a specific date range?. OpUtils 7 web page does not render properly - page way too wide.
Hello, I have installed OpUtils 7 on 2013-11-28 on our OpManager (latest version) server as a plug-in. When I click on tabs such as "Switch Port Mapper" and most other tabs in OpUtils 7, the page displayed is way to wide! My screen resolution is 2481x1328 and when I size the browser page to half my screen, the OpUtils content does not adjust for the new browser window size. It's still sized for 2481x1328 screen and I have to scroll sideways all the time making this product unusable. I've tried the

Hello. I have trouble uploading a mib file to MIB browser. I get error saying, "Error parsing MIB:AIRSTATIONPRO-SNMP-MIB.mibException while loading MIB:Could not parse the file E:/OPMANA~1/./mibs/AIRSTATIONPRO-SNMP-MIB.mib. The error occured at the line no: 6 ,column: 22. Module name should start with the uppercase letter.(and usually contains no lowercase letters)." I see line 6 but I can't find reason causing the error. Could anyone help me fixing the error on this file?
Various Issue in OpManager Implementation
We have recently purchased OpManager Enterprise for our Multi-site implementation. However we keep running into random issues which is seriously hampering our completion goal which we are unable to achieve. Firstly i would like to mention that we are simply using it to monitor via SNMP for network devices. Hardware status
Dear Opmanager, I have a new HP DL580 G7 server and i want to monitor the internal disks for failures. I have downloaded the latest MIB's from HP and copied them into the MIB folder of the Opmanager server. The server is allready in Opmanager , how do I load the MIB in Opmanager and add i.e. the hardware I'm interested in ? I have read http://www.manageengine.com/products/opmanager/help/userguide/device_templates.html but this is not (I guess) what I want. Hope you can help Rein

Current Instance of OpManager Drive Filling Up (Repost)
The original post/question was never answered I noticed this morning that some of the dashboard features like a device's drive availability had broken links, the notification profiles were no longer associated with the monitored devices, etc. I asked our server admin to restart the machine that hosts OpManager and has the below information and questions. He said the application drive filled up because of .dmp files and wants to know why? Additional details: 1. MSSQL 2. 60G Application

IPAM_SPM plugin & opmanager
Just a question? IPAM_SPM plug-in for opmanger is only available for i386 technology. Is possible on linux running this plug-in with opmanager x86_64. I got installed it added to my server libraries for 32 bit. But i dont know how integrate OpM and IPAM plug-in. Best Regards. Miguel

Opmanager Probe 11.1 blank dashboard after new install
Greetings! After upgrading our OpManager Enterprise (with several working probes) to version 11.1, we tried to install a new probe. Even though the probe installation was successful, now the dashboard shows a blank page and it seems that there is no data in the database. We tried to drop the database and create it again but no luck, same error appears. Has the installation of a new probe changed for version 11.1? Thanks in advance, best regards, Jorge.
Stop open Internet Explorer page every time I start the services PLEASE
Could you stop once for all to automatically open Internet Explorer at the end of services restart? I continually receive annoying pop-up messages asking to switch the session to see the message. Some time, looking at the task manager I can see tens of internet explorer processes consuming megabyte of RAM. I know that there is a way to avoid this by changing some parameter on some file I don't remember, but this is really frustrating. I think the best way is to disable this feature by default. Asking
OpManager VMware host Discovery unfinished, corrupted
Hello, I just installed a new OpManager 11.1 and add a Vmware Host, but took long time so I decided to refresh the page. Later on, I tried to added it again, but shows up a message : Device already present in the System , I tried to find it but the system return and Error Page with no more detail. Uptime of Virtual Node's / DAG's
Is OpManager able to track the uptime and SLA's of Exchange 2010 DAG's, VIP's and Cluster Resources? Clearly, a single server in a cluster going offline is not necessarily a true indication of a service failure if there are other servers that continue to provide service in the case of one server failing. We need to be able to monitor the service availaility (web, SQL, Exchange) more than the actual server's themselves. Thanks
VMware Monitoring - Can't add one host
Hi We are currently trialling OPmanager to see if it is a feasible product for us to use. We are currently having trouble adding one of our 4 VMware hosts. 1-3 add without any problems and discover all attached VMs. The 4th one has the exact same setup as the first 3 yet it will not add. We are using our root username/password as a credential to access the host. I have tested this credential by logging directly onto the VMware host. I have even reset this to make sure that isn't the issue. The error
