Netflow Large Disk Usage
I am using netflow analyzer 9.8 on linux operating system and currently i am observing my disk space is continuously increasing. I have ran rawcleanup file multiple times but problem does not get resolved. Once check, i have found ACCESS_LOG file under /netflow/logs directory utilizing around 70 GB of data. Hi Folks, Cisco has released its new IOS 8.4(5) For Cisco ASA. Upgrading to this IOS will cause NetFlow traffic reporting breakage in ManageEngine NetFlow Analyzer. i would like to know if there is anyway to check if there is internet service through link. like some times the router interface will be up and connected and and there is no internet flow passing though this interface. is there anyway to figure this out through net flow analyzer.

Hi, I am using evaluation of netflow analyzer 11 for my fortigate 60C firewall to export the traffic details and I have updated the fortigate version from 5.0 to 5.2.3 for netflow support now I am getting the warning like V9 flows of unknown template are received from message on top of the window every time and after clearing the message also getting the same warning and the traffic details are showing incorrect because my bandwidth is 1mbps and graph is showing 2mbps also I am not getting proper
Application Mapping based on IP source
Hi, When i analyse traffic under TCP_APP, most entries are made by our reverse proxy. I would like to extract this traffic out of TCP_APP. Because there are lots of various ports, i would like to define a rule where every sessions made by the reverse proxy is plain HTTP traffic. In other words, Application mapping works with a TCP/UDP port but not based on an IP address. Is there a trick to do that ? regards

Hello, Currently using 9.8.6 (9860) and trying to upgrade to 10250, so I am first attempting to move to 9.8.3 sp1. Every time I run the updatemanager.bat, and select the ppm file, it just sits there with no change after a couple hours. No errors, etc. Any suggestions?
restarting service cause problem with license
Hi, We recently purchased NetFlow Analyzer license for 2500 interfaces. Applying license went fine, but after we restart the srvice or server the following message appears: Your current license allows only 0 Netflow Interfaces for Attacks. You can either choose limited interfaces you want to monitor here or procure a new licence. Since we could not unmanage all interfaces at once (we have 1350 interfaces) and it can not be removed portion by portion, we had to stop exporting netflow from our network
AS to AS traffic flow

First, I've installed it in a Windows 7 computer and I have no problems. But, then I've installed it in a Windows 2012 R2 server. I"m trying to see which IP is the most busy. When look at an ip group with port 80 and 443 Most of the destination traffic is unaccounted. Same thing if check directly on the IP report. IP Group Creation (NFA v12)
It appears that when an IP Group is created, that it only reports/shows data for this group from the creation time on. It does not seem to analyse the existing data in the database to show historical information for flows coming from sources in the newly defined IP Group. Is this a product limitation or a bug? Hi everyone, I'm using netflow analyzer version 12 free edition, I followed the instruction at https://blogs.manageengine.com/network/netflowanalyzer/2010/05/27/location-based-traffic-reports-geolocations-in-netflow-analyzer.html.I downloaded countrycode.zip and extract at /opt/ManageEngine/OpManager/, then I went to System Settings --> Geo Location and Load successfully ,but I dont see any feature like "Show IP Geo location" as the instruction.Can you show me how to enable this feature? invalid tool
I've downloaded and tested the Netflow Analyzer..... what a useless tool..... difficult to install, then once I cleared those (on my own) the tool can't see any netflow devices. I understand it's all about the money, but how about having a working tool as advertised ? I'm constantly flooded with "there are plenty of tools out there" but I have yet to find one that works as advertised.

Question about sizing of collector
We are currently using distributed edition of 11000. Questions: - what is the max flow rate can be handled by 1 collector? with what sort of hardware spec? - When I clicked on <Collectors> link in the Central Server page, I can see that it showed collector details with each collector flow rate. But, when I cick into each individual collector and opened its Flow Rate link, I found the flow rate is differed from the reading in central server. E.g. Central server show collector 1 flow rate is 3077;
