It would be great if remote control was HTML5-based rather than Java so support could be provided using an iPad.
Cannot see RDS Blue Bar when remoting into computer
Many of our users that we support use RDS to remote into a server for programs. When we remote into their computers for support, the blue bar at the top does not appear. This is needed to minimize or resize the RDS window. The DC Remote banner covers the area, so I shrink it but there is no blue bar under it. If this was visible, it would eliminate the need to call the user and tell them to minimize the RDS window. Attached is the blue bar I am referring to and what it looks like now when remoting.

Hi, Is there a possibility to extend screen recording feature so that I can add schedule for screen monitoring (for audit and security purposes), like "PC1" add a schedule to record screen from 8 to 10 a.m every day, or for a group of computers and also would specify local paths on their computers for recording.
Start a chat session directly from a remote control window
Would it be possible to add the ability to start a chat session with the machine you are remote controlling directly from the remote control window? Right now, I have to start a remote session and then go back to the chat feature to start a chat session with the user so I can communicate with them.
Desktop Central Remote Contol across countries
Hi All, i would like some information on the best way to setup DesktopCentral for use in different countries. currently we have one central DesktopCentral server with multiple distribution servers. the main DC server is in the UK so when the guys in the USA are starting a remote connection to a clients machine the connection is started from the UK DC server so the remote connection is very slow. can i setup a USA server for DesktopCentral or is there a way for the remote connections to connect

Endpoint Central Remote Control Chnages
I am writing to express frustration with the changes made to Remote Control. Recent changes have forced remote control sessions to open in a new window instead of in a new tab. I get why some might want this. For me it is an extremely frustrating change.

Hi All, In the latest version of Google Chrome browser (Version 42), Google has removed NPAPI support. Since Desktop Central's Remote Control makes use of this plugin when used from Chrome, we request you to perform the below steps on the viewer machine to configure NPAPI based plugins. Enter "chrome://flags/#enable-npapi" in Google chrome's address bar. Click "Enable" link for the "Enable NPAPI Mac, Windows" option. Restart Google Chrome.
