Customise the GINA "Reset Password" and "Unlock Account" 'buttons'
I'm attempting to customise the colour of the "Reset Password" and "Unlock Account" buttons on the Windows login GINA page but to no avail. I know the customisation of the start page is handled in the "ResetUnlock.html" and I have already gone about updating the logo, button text font etc. but I am seemingly unable to see where I need to change the background colour of the two 'buttons'. I have already updated the "Re-branding" element of the "Admin" panel and have set the "Change Theme Colour" to

Hello, I'm testing adselfserviceplus. I log on on it with one domain user and changed the password for that user. After i try to log on with this user on is computer with the new password i got the "The trust relationship between this workstation and the primary domain failed" error Is this issue normal when changing passwords? What can be done to avoid this issue? Thank you
Domain status query
Hi Team, I have added domain with user having domain admin rights. IN domain setting status is showing success as well. After that on that user I have given limited permission on AD however in Domain setting status it is still showing as success. Could you please let me know what could be the reason? Please refer the attached snap shots as well.
Password reset reports success but fails to go to DC
When we have certain Domain Controllers set as the first in the list. Password reset will report as success but we can find no matching communication of any kind that we can find. On the other hand password changes work. It appears to only happen to DCs running 2012 and up. v5208 Edit: I am pretty sure my issue relates to to the security patch known issue I am working on attempting to verify it.
How to add a license file to the AD SelfService if I can not get to the portal
I am a new network administrator and we have an AD Self Service redirected from Spiceworks portal set up by my predecessor. Our license has expired and we have a new license file but I can not find where to add the license file to allow for more than 50 users to use the portal. Does anyone have any words of wisdom on how to find the portal site so that I can add the new license? Thanks.

AD SelfService High Availability
Good Morning, Does AD Self Service have High Availability/ Failover capabilities? We were told that it was possible before purchasing it, but I am not seeing it within the configurations. I also did not see it within the Admin Guide. Is this something which will be added later? Or did I just miss the configuration within the application itself? We are hoping to configure all of the applications with High Availability/ Failover. Thank you for the help!

Password Expiry Notification Enhancement
Request an option in the ADSelfService Plus' Password Expiry Notification feature to skip generating password expiration notices for any user where the "Smart card required for interactive login" has been enabled. Within our organization we have smart card enabled users and other who use ID/password. We're unable to segregate those users into separate OUs to control which receive password expiration warnings. Instead, it would be extremely helpful for us to simply have an option within the Password

Password Sync Reports
Hello, I am curious if anyone is aware of a method in which I could generate a report of all users who has sync'd their AD credentials to that of the Oracle databases our clients login to. We have had a few complaints from users that their accounts have become unlinked on their own and we would like to see what might be causing this issue. As far as I can tell the only report I can generate shows Enrolled users, but this does not necessarily mean those users have their passwords sync'd.

When I try to install the GINA remotely from the ADSelfSerfice admin console on a Windows 10 or Windows 8.1 computer the install fails with error: “Couldn't start remote service. Overlapped I/O operation is in progress.” The problem I see is the default remote registry setting is set to disabled and ADSelfService is not able to start the service since it’s disabled. Windows 7 with Gina Role with Sophos Safeguard 7.0 Logon wrong.
After installing the Gina Role and configuring the change for the registry I see a huge problem. The gina link works properly but when choosing to log in as a different user "switch user" on windows 7 and click "other user" it prompts for Username, Domain, Password in that order. Normally the domain is the last option on the bottom as a drop down method. Even when putting the appropriate information in these fields I still can't login to the machine. Formatting of password expiry notifications
I'd like to format our password expiry notifications. Presently, they come out as one long run-on sentence. Despite having spaces inside of the message. I've tried inserting some formatting like \n \t but they show the literal. Can I use html tags?
Enrollment error "Your Account has been restricted"
I have one user who is getting an error when enrolling "Your account has been restricted, please contact your administrator". I checked the user is in the correct OU that should get the enrollment email and the user is not getting it. I synced the domain settings and when running the un-enrollment report the user does not show up. Please Advise.
Formatting the email for requesting an unlock
IN the AD Self Service module I have successfully modified the confirmation emails that are sent out and even got the HTML set up in them and they are working fine. I cannot find the setting for the emails that come out when you request an unlock and are sent the code to enter to start the process. I have a really stupid question. I inherited an ADselfserviceplus installation and I have no idea how to logon to it to configure it. The only logon I can get to is the self service portal where it asks me to register. How do you get to the admin interface to configure it??
Password Reset Acknowledgement email
One of our users was able to update their password via AD Self Service Plus, and then received an email from the system with their new password in plain text. Is there anywhere to modify this email to remove the password from it, but still notify them that their password was successfully changed? (And if it wasn't them that changed it to contact our helpdesk.)
User Un-enrollment
This hopefully is a very quick question what level of Technician do you need to be in order to un-enrol a user. At the moment I have assigned 1st line support Operator access rights but this does not seem to give them the ability to un-enrol users where as if I make them Super Admins then they can. However I don't really want 1st line support to then have access to say the configuration which they could change by mistake. Thanks

Password Expiration Notification
Hello, is it possible to inform the users only once about their expiring passwords? For example if I set "mail information 10 days before expiring" the users would be informed at day 10, 9, 8, ... (if the schedule runs every day). But I'd like to inform the users only at 10 days before expiring not at 9 days and so on. Thanks for your help
Getting SSL Error with Comodo Cert
Hello everybody, the last couple of days i've been struggling getting my SSL cert up and running. I got my SHA 256 cert from comodo and followed the steps for the keystore. To only thing I changed is that I used COMODORSADomainValidationSecureServerCA.crt and COMODORSAAddTrustCA.crt instead of the UTN ones. Error when loading the site...ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH on Chrome and SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP on Firefox (tested it on multiple machines, all with clear cache). I then saw the tip

We are testing out the password expiration tool. I have it up and running, and have it set to alert our users 14 days prior. However looking at the report I'm seeing "The Mail has been sent already" notice next to a lot of users. Does this mean the users only get a single email about their password expiring? I want them to get one daily, not just a single time.
