ZIA: Signature removal Issue in builds >=14202 (XGBoost algorithm)
Issue: Zia Reopen prediction fails because it is predicting the signature content of an email rather than the description.
Fix: The greetings (hi, hello, dear, etc) and email labels (ServiceDesk\ZIA\resources\signature_removal\outlookHandler.txt) are removed first. And then, from the remaining lines of the email, the first two lines are considered. From that two lines, signature content will be removed.
Instructions:
->Create a folder named "fixes" under <SDP-HOME> if not exists (Ex.,<Installation Folder>\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\)directory.
->Inside the "fixes" folder (<SDP-HOME>/fixes) paste the "XGBoostSignatureRemoval2LineFix.fjar" attached in this article.
->Restart the Application service.
Build compatibility: 14600
For any other build no above 14600, kindly contact developer team before providing the fjar.
