Zia Prerequesite when upgrading from version 14200 to 14300

Issue:
Upgrade failed in Linux - ubuntu

The GLIBC version should be 2.14 or higher and the versions below 2.14 will face the upgrade failure.

Workaround:

Step 1: Please run the below queries in the report one by one by navigating to Reports >> Query report. Please save the output of each and every query. 

select * from zia_approvalprediction;

select * from zia_reopenprediction;

select * from ai_wosuggestion;

select * from ai_wodiscarddetails


Step 2: Disable the Zia ---> Navigate to Admin >Zia .


Kindly check if you have disabled all configurations on the above page.Also check if you have disabled the Zia bot too.



Step 3:Then proceed with the upgrade by  Disabling the Zia. After the successful upgrade you could enable the zia.
