Wrong java/OPM time zone in 11600
The time zone stated in the UI might be incorrect though the system time is set right.
To fix this, follow the steps listed -
Stop opmanager service.
Rename %opmanager%\jre\lib\zi to zi.old and tzmappings to tzmappings.old
Download and extract the attachment under %opmanager%\jre\lib
Start the service.
