(Windows) Subnet scan not completed in IPAM. How to fix this?
Hi, - Go to -> Installation Folder --> \Nmap\
- Install the "npcap-xxx-oem" file if it is not installed already
- Install the "vcredist_x86" file if it is not installed already
- Install the "vcredist2008_x86" file if it is not installed already
- Now go to <Installation_folder>\Nmap\ via command prombt or console, and execute "nmap.exe" and check whether it shows the help card or error. If it shows any error then please get back to us along with screenshot.
- If it shows the help card the scan the subnets from IP Address Manager and check the issue.
- Copy the Nmap path (Path for ex:-
F:\Installation\OpManager\Nmap;) and set in Advanced settings -- > environment variables,
Restart the machine to apply the changes and to kill all existing uncompleted nmap processes.
- Now check the reported issue.
- If issue still persists , contact OpUtils/OpManager support along with the output files of the below solution to go for a quick web session

PS: Sometimes, the server needs to be restarted for NMAP Installation. Please restart the server only if the steps not working as expected and check again.
