Why can I only view 100 MS SQL databases?

Why can I only view 100 MS SQL databases?

Reason: Applications manager showing only 100 databases in MS SQL is a restriction in the SQL server and it is not a problem with Applications Manager. Refer Microsoft KBase link: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/330088
