Why are the changes in App Filters tab sometimes not saved to IIS ?
This could happen if there are conflicts in the application settings of two applications. For instance, if 2 applications are given the same name, and one of them is selected for monitoring and the other is not. In such case, application selected for monitoring is given preference. Also, ensure the access settings are configured correctly.
