This error prevents the product from accepting a new or updated license file.
Administrator access to the ADAudit Plus server.
File system access to the keybkp and lib folders within the ADAudit Plus installation directory.
The ADAudit Plus product must be stopped before making changes to the license file.
To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:
Open services.msc.
Locate and right-click ManageEngine ADAudit Plus Service, and select Stop.
Navigate to the following directory:
<Installation Directory>\ADAudit Plus\keybkp
Copy all contents from the keybkp folder.
Paste the copied files into:
<Installation Directory>\ADAudit Plus\lib
When prompted, choose to overwrite any existing files.
Go back to services.msc, right-click ManageEngine ADAudit Plus Service, and select Start.
Log in to the ADAudit Plus web console.
Click the License link in the top-right corner of the ADAudit Plus client. This opens the license details of the product.
Click the Choose File button. Browse for the new license file from ManageEngine.
Click the Upgrade button
