While generating a report when MS SQL database is deployed, a blank screen or "There is no matching data for your input(s)" error is displayed

Ensure that the product is running before executing the troubleshooting steps listed below.

  1. In the machine where ADManager Plus is installed, start a Command Prompt as an administrator.

  1. Test the connectivity between ADManager Plus and MS SQL server by executing the following steps:

  1. Navigate to <Installation Directory>\ADManager Plus\bin directory and execute the ChangeDB.bat file.
  2. In the pop up that opens, click Test Connection.
  3. A pop will then display the connection status. If the connection test fails, ensure that the database wizard details are correct and check again. If the connection test is successful, try generating the report again.
  1. If the MS SQL server is connected and the problem still persists, navigate to the <Installation Directory>\ADManager Plus\bin directory and execute the Bcp.exe command.

  1. If a "msodbcsqlxx.dll is missing" error occurs, then the DLL file must be replaced. Search  for the appropriate DLL file as per your MS SQL version and download it.
  2. If a bcp.exe file is not recognized, copy the bcp.exe (<MS SQL Installation Dir>\Tools\Binn\bcp.exe) and bcp.rll (<MS SQL Installation Dir>\Tools\Binn\Resources\1033\bcp.rll) and paste them in ADManager Plus\bin
